About Us
In the past 11 years, we have inspected and reported on many types and sizes of property and infrastructure projects worth billions of dollars, including: commercial, retail, industrial, storage, education, religious, strata plan, health, motorway, road and rail. Our smallest ‘job’ was a shop front in Milsons Point last year.
Staff
Graham Nicoll, managing director
- started the business in 1999 after 30 years in construction, project
- management and pre-purchase inspection of hundreds of shopping centres and aged care facilities
- oversight of all parts of the business with focus on winning work
Peter Frybort, operations manager:
- professional photographer for many years
- owns four HD video cameras and is expert in shooting and producing videos
- has considerable experience in managing training programs
- trains the additional editors and photographers we use on large projects
Angela Bedingfield:
- responsible for quality standards, database storage, printing and final delivery
- background as PA to financial company directors
Garry Brettell:
- carries out shoots on our major projects
- professional photographer for many years
- teaches advanced photography classes
Photography Network:
- established network of professional photographers
- many are trained in our work procedures
- we draw on them to resource large projects
Accessing Sites
- Site work is usually the simplest part of our work
- Accessing homes, businesses and infrastructure is more difficult
- We have detailed procedures for obtaining access
- All site staff are well experienced in the procedures
Equipment and Resources
- We frequently upgrade our equipment and resources
- We always look for reliability, accuracy and simplicity
- Safety is a fundamental in all we do
- We wear safety equipment whenever necessary
